Who are you?
For expansion of our team we are looking for a Jr. project leader to support our operations manager in the realization of our projects. You take care of the work preparation, manage suppliers and colleagues on site and work closely with colleagues inside. You are good at keeping an overview, have good communication skills and work in a structured way.
You are enthusiastic and energetic and can cope well with the hustle and bustle of a small project company. In addition, you enjoy contributing to the further growth and development of Mutrox as a company.
You will work in a young, small team with strong growth ambitions. This also means that there is plenty of room to shape your own activities and further set up the processes within Mutrox. We like it when you take an active role in this!
Who we are.
What will you do?
We are looking for a Jr Project Manager to supervise the realization of our home cinemas and studios.
For this you have, for example, experience in (stand) construction and/or experience or affinity with AV installations. You support the execution of multiple projects. If you are able and willing, you are sometimes responsible for a project yourself.
You ensure correct follow-up and distribution of information to the persons involved. You are alert to deadlines and agreements with all parties involved thanks to a conclusive planning.
You support to create the schedule, project description and bill of materials, among other things, and to deploy the right people. You enjoy looking ahead and identifying potential problems before they can arise. You also go to the projects on site and sometimes participate in construction meetings.
There is plenty of room to work independently, but we also enjoy guiding you in your development. We adjust the level of responsibility for you accordingly together.
What do you bring?
- Some work experience (e.g. in construction or booth building and/or AV installation technology).
- You are energetic, with no 9 to 5 mentality, and enjoy (or will enjoy) playing an important coordinating role in a young and rapidly growing organization.
- Sense of responsibility. You enjoy keeping things well organized.
- Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
- You can handle Autocad (drawing reading and sizing) or want to learn that, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Enough energy and enthusiasm to quickly pick up the thread within our company and work independently.
- Even if you have less experience but would like to develop further and are eager to learn, we warmly invite you to respond!
