Designing a good-sounding sound studio is comprehensive. Depending on your studio design objective, we will work with you to determine the following design specifications:

To measure is to know

At Mutrox, we take a calculated approach to studio design. By means of a room ratio calculation, we first determine the right proportions for the space and the purpose you have for the space. Then we map the reflective surfaces and determine the most ideal sightlines and position of the speakers. Finally, we use a simulation program to discover the "pressure points" of the layer structure in the room so that we can build the perfect studio for you.

Acoustic plan

After establishing the aforementioned points, we get to work on an acoustic plan. The plan for the studio acoustics is the basis for the desired reverberation time that we establish with you. In the plan, we also include the degree of absorption of the materials. In addition, we include the furniture and equipment in the acoustic plan since they have (a big) influence on the acoustics in your music studio.

In the design process, we work with you to match your wishes and requirements as closely as possible. We show you the studio design in 3D, so you can see what the space will actually look like.
